OUR STORY

Strong Tower Financial Services has been serving the Dallas - Fort Worth metro area since 2016. Founded by Yvonne Rodriguez as a proud sole proprietorship, Strong Tower Financial Services is now expanding from their tax preparation solutions to include in-person, mobile notary, remote online notarization, apostille and specialized estate planning services.

  • What is a Notary Public?
    A Notary Public is a person of proven integrity appointed by the state government to serve the public as an impartial witness in taking acknowledgements, administering oath and affirmations, and performing other acts authorized by law. The Notary ensures that the signers of documents are who they say they are and not impostors and that they have entered into agreements knowingly and willingly.
  • Do you offer mobile notary services?
    Yes, we offer mobile notary services for your convenience. We can come to your home, office, or any other location of your choice.
  • How much do you charge for your services?
    Our fees vary based on what service(s) you require as well as your location and availability of our notaries/service providers in your area. Please call or text 817-808-4030 for a free estimate.
  • What do I need to bring to my notary appointment?
    Please bring the document(s) to be notarized, a valid photo ID, and any other parties who need to sign the document. If your document requires witnesses, please bring them along or let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.
  • Can I come to your location?
    We do not have a physical store location that you can come to. The addresses displayed in our ads and on our website are for written correspondences and mailing purposes only. Our service is strictly mobile and by appointment only.
  • Can you notarize documents from other states or countries?
    We can notarize documents from any U.S. state, as long as the notarization occurs within our jurisdiction. For international documents, please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
  • What is an apostille? When do I need one?
    An apostille is a certificate issued for documents used in countries that follow the Hague Convention of 1961. If you plan to use a U.S. document abroad, it will likely require an apostille.
  • How soon can you get here? How much advanced notice is required?
    In order to better serve you we request that all appointments be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We will, however, make every attempt to fulfill same-day or last minute requests.
  • Do you speak Spanish?
    We understand that not everyone speaks English. That's why we offer bilingual notary services in Spanish. Whether you need your documents notarized in English or another language, we've got you covered.
  • What are your terms and policies?
    At least 24 hours advanced notice required whenever possible. Advanced payment required for same-day appointments. No Cancellations/Refunds for same-day appointments. Cancellations should be made via email or phone no later than 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. This does not apply to same-day appointments. Signings in remote areas and under extreme circumstances such as rush jobs, long waiting, inclement weather, and long distances, may result in additional fees. Errors & Omissions caused by our notaries will be corrected at free of charge. If a correction is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
